Pastel Society of Colorado Spring 2008 Members' Show

We are proud and pleased to have Clive Tyler judge our Spring Members' Show this year!

This outstanding artist has earned numerous awards throughout the years. In 2007 alone, two of his pastels, "Beyond Range," and "Where I Want To Be" were featured in the Pastel Journal participated in the prestigious Governors Invitational in Loveland, CO, and in the Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters event in Winter Park where he was awarded the People's Choice Award. His work was featured in the 12th Annual Richard Schmid Fine Art Auction, 2007, and in Oklahoma City's Andante Gallery's "Art in the Paseo Historical District" Exhibit.

Clive has a BFA from Kent State University in Major Graphic Design with a dual degree in Illustration. For 20 years he owned a successful marketing and graphic design firm, specializing in corporate identities, branding, graphics, 3D and design trends, and color theory. He now is a successful pastel fine artist, with numerous national awards.

We are privileged to have this nationally acclaimed artist judge our show! He will be at our Opening Reception to discuss and announce winners.
